“Enrich Points” are promotional loyalty units that may be earned through qualifying activities in Snap & Earn, Refer A Friend, feedback activities, surveys, user studies, and other Enrich Network programs.

Enrich Points:

• Have no cash value;
• Are not money, a bank deposit, stored value, legal tender, a security, or a payment account;
• May not be sold, transferred, assigned, exchanged, bartered, pledged, or redeemed for cash;
• May not be purchased; and
• Do not expire while your Enrich Network account remains open and in good standing, subject to these Terms.

You may convert available Enrich Points to Enrich Dollars through the Platform.

The conversion rate is:

10 Enrich Points = $0.01 Enrich Dollars

You may convert any available amount of Enrich Points. Conversions occur in real time when initiated through the Platform and are irreversible.

For example:

1000 Enrich Points = $1.00 Enrich Dollars

Once converted, Enrich Points are removed from your Enrich Points balance and added to your Enrich Dollars balance.

“Enrich Dollars” are digital reward units displayed in the Wallet. Enrich Dollars may be generated by:

• Converting Enrich Points; or
• Receiving released value from an Enrich Network benefits program, including Seeds of Hope.

Enrich Dollars:

• Do not expire while your Enrich Network account remains open and in good standing, subject to these Terms;
• Are not cash, a bank account, a deposit account, stored value, legal tender, a security, or a government benefit;
• Cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, assigned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash;
• May be used only to request eligible store-based digital gift cards through the Platform; and
• Are subject to the minimum redemption amount, review, fulfillment, and third-party terms described below.

To be eligible for successful processing, a receipt must:

• Be genuine and legible;
• Be in English;
• Identify the retailer;
• Show items purchased;
• Show item prices;
• Show the total amount paid;
• Show the transaction date; and
• Not be a duplicate of a receipt previously submitted by you or another user.

Receipt eligibility is not limited to grocery receipts. Receipts may be submitted from any retailer, subject to these Terms.

You may not upload receipts that are altered, fabricated, misleading, stolen, duplicated, or submitted for fraudulent purposes.

Enrich Network processes submitted receipts in real time using automated systems, manual review, or both.

A receipt is “successfully processed” when Enrich Network determines that it can process the receipt and that the receipt meets the applicable requirements for the relevant program.

A successfully processed receipt may:

• Earn 10 Enrich Points through Snap & Earn; and
• Be evaluated for Seeds of Hope qualifying purchases, if you are an eligible Seeds of Hope participant.

A receipt that is rejected, unreadable, incomplete, not in English, duplicative, altered, fraudulent, or otherwise unable to be successfully processed does not earn receipt-upload Enrich Points and does not release Seeds of Hope value.

If a receipt is rejected, Enrich Network will display the rejected receipt in your account or Wallet and may identify a rejection reason where available. Enrich Network does not guarantee that every receipt can be read, categorized, or successfully processed.

The same successfully processed receipt may qualify for both:

• 10 Enrich Points through Snap & Earn; and
• Release of qualifying Seeds of Hope grant value into Enrich Dollars.

These are separate program benefits and may be displayed separately in the Wallet.

You may choose to connect eligible financial accounts through Plaid Link, a service provided by Plaid. Connecting an account is optional, except that an account connection may be needed to receive connected-account Snap & Earn rewards or use Money Circle features that rely on connected-account data.

Your use of Plaid Link is also subject to the terms, privacy policy, and permissions presented by Plaid during the connection process. Plaid Link handles the authorization flow through which you authenticate and grant permission for information to be shared with Enrich Network.

Enrich Network may support eligible:

• Checking accounts;
• Savings accounts; and
• Credit-card accounts.

Enrich Network does not support loan accounts or investment accounts through the Platform.

When you connect an account, Enrich Network accesses only the account-balance and transaction information you authorize through Plaid Link.

Enrich Network does not use Plaid to access:

• Account or routing numbers;
• Account-owner information;
• Income information;
• Loan information; or
• Investment holdings.

Enrich Network may use connected-account balances and transaction data to:

• Provide Money Circle income and expense summaries;
• Apply Enrich Network-defined transaction categories;
• Operate related Platform features;
• Maintain connected-account history you choose to retain; and
• Administer connected-account Snap & Earn rewards.

You may receive 100 Enrich Points for connecting your first eligible checking, savings, or credit-card account through Plaid Link.

The 100-Point connection reward is available only once per user, regardless of how many accounts you later connect.

On the fifth day of each calendar month, Enrich Network will credit 10 Enrich Points for each eligible checking, savings, or credit-card account that remains connected through the Platform at the time Enrich Network performs its monthly assessment.

If the fifth falls on a Saturday or Sunday, Enrich Network may process the assessment and credit Points on the next business day.

An account that is disconnected by you, disconnected through Plaid, unavailable through the financial institution, unavailable through Plaid, or otherwise inaccessible through the Platform on the applicable assessment date does not qualify for that month’s 10 Enrich Points.

You may disconnect a connected financial account through the Platform.

When disconnecting an account, you may choose to:

• Retain historical connected-account data previously obtained by Enrich Network for continued display in Money Circle and related Platform records; or
• Request deletion of historical connected-account data, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.

Disconnecting an account stops Enrich Network from obtaining new data through that connection. It may not automatically delete historical information previously obtained from the connection.

Enrich Network is not responsible for a financial institution’s or Plaid’s availability, data delays, missing transactions, duplicate transactions, connection interruptions, categorization errors, or changes to the information made available through Plaid.

“Seeds of Hope” is a limited Enrich Network-sponsored pilot program intended to support wellness, dignity, opportunity, and access to qualifying food purchases.

Seeds of Hope is not a government benefit program. It is not administered by a government agency and is not affiliated with or endorsed by SNAP, CalFresh, EBT, or any other government benefits program.

Seeds of Hope is not accepting applications. Participation is limited to up to ten participants enrolled by Enrich Network.

To enroll, a participant must:

• Be directly added by Enrich Network or be automatically added after completing Enrich Network’s applicable verification process;
• Be a U.S. resident;
• Be at least 18 years old;
• Demonstrate at enrollment that they hold an active EBT card; and
• Meet other eligibility requirements communicated by Enrich Network.

Enrich Network verifies EBT-card participation at enrollment only. Enrich Network does not re-verify EBT participation monthly as a condition to issuing future monthly Seeds of Hope grants.

Participation is personal, non-transferable, and subject to these Terms.

Seeds of Hope will operate through December 31, 2026, unless Enrich Network provides written notice of an earlier end date or extension.

Participation does not create a right to continued participation, renewal, or future assistance after the pilot ends.

Subject to continued eligibility and compliance with these Terms, Enrich Network will issue each enrolled Seeds of Hope participant a $50 monthly grant.

The grant will be displayed in the participant’s Seeds of Hope benefit account within the Wallet.

Enrich Network will issue the grant on the fifth day of each month. If the fifth day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, Enrich Network will issue the grant on the preceding Friday.

A monthly grant is not immediately redeemable. It represents available value that may be released into Enrich Dollars after qualifying receipt purchases are processed.

Unreleased Seeds of Hope grant value accumulates in the Seeds of Hope benefit account.

There is no monthly receipt-submission deadline and no separate post-month submission window during the pilot period.

Available grant value remains available to unlock through December 31, 2026, unless Enrich Network provides notice that the pilot has been extended.

A participant may use accumulated available grant value to unlock qualifying purchases exceeding the amount of any one month’s $50 grant. However, Enrich Network will not release more value than the participant’s then-available unreleased Seeds of Hope grant balance.

Enrich Network determines whether purchases qualify for Seeds of Hope by reviewing each receipt at the line-item level through Enrich Network’s proprietary data pipeline.

Enrich Network may categorize qualifying purchases as fresh produce, dairy, or another category identified in the Platform. Qualifying purchases may be made at any retailer. Eligibility is not limited to particular retailers, store types, or sales channels.

The amount released from the Seeds of Hope benefit account is based on the final price of receipt line items that Enrich Network categorizes as qualifying purchases.

“Final price” means the amount associated with the individual qualifying line item as shown on the submitted receipt.

Enrich Network’s receipt processing may involve automated systems, manual review, or both.

When you upload a successfully processed receipt, Enrich Network will determine the verified amount of qualifying line items.

Enrich Network will release that verified amount from your available Seeds of Hope benefit-account balance into Enrich Dollars, up to your available unreleased Seeds of Hope grant balance.

Each release reduces your available Seeds of Hope benefit-account balance by the amount released.

For example:

• If you have $100 of accumulated available Seeds of Hope grant value and Enrich Network verifies $23.40 in qualifying purchases, Enrich Network will release $23.40 into Enrich Dollars.
• Your Seeds of Hope benefit-account balance will then have $76.60 remaining available to unlock.
• If Enrich Network verifies $62.00 in qualifying purchases and you have at least $62.00 of available grant value, Enrich Network will release $62.00 into Enrich Dollars.

Once released, Seeds of Hope value becomes Enrich Dollars and combines with Enrich Dollars received through conversion of Enrich Points and other applicable Enrich Network programs.

Any Seeds of Hope grant value not released into Enrich Dollars by the end of the pilot on December 31, 2026, is no longer available to unlock unless Enrich Network extends the pilot.

Enrich Dollars released before the pilot ends do not expire while your account remains open and in good standing, subject to these Terms.

You may request a store-based digital gift card by selecting “Redeem” within the Enrich Dollars area of the Wallet and entering a request amount.

Each gift-card request must:

• Be at least $5.00;
• Not exceed your available Enrich Dollars balance;
• Be submitted through the Platform; and
• Comply with these Terms and required identity verification.

You may redeem all or part of your available Enrich Dollars, subject to the $5.00 minimum per request.

Enrich Network does not offer prepaid cards, cash-equivalent cards, cash withdrawals, transfers, checks, money orders, bank deposits, or any other form of cash redemption.

When you submit a redemption request, Enrich Network reserves the requested Enrich Dollars amount while the request is pending.

Enrich Network reviews pending redemption requests each business day.

Submission of a request does not guarantee approval, issuance, delivery, or availability of a particular merchant option.

If Enrich Network approves and issues your request, Giftogram will send a digital redemption link to the email address associated with your Enrich Network account.

After receiving the Giftogram link, you may select from store-based digital gift-card options then available through Giftogram.

Giftogram’s available merchants, stores, card denominations, and redemption options may change. They are controlled by Giftogram and applicable third parties, not Enrich Network. Giftogram’s recipient flow is governed by its own terms and merchant requirements.

If you do not receive the Giftogram delivery email:

1. Check spam, junk, promotions, and other filtered email folders.
2. If you still cannot locate the email, contact Enrich Network at support@enrichnetwork.io.

Subject to account verification and Enrich Network review, Enrich Network will assist with one resend of the Giftogram delivery email.

After Giftogram issues a digital redemption link:

• Giftogram and the selected merchant are responsible for retailer availability, merchant selection, technical problems with the link or selected gift card, merchant-specific redemption restrictions, merchant terms, and merchant customer support.
• If you select the wrong merchant, Enrich Network will not cancel, replace, refund, or re-credit Enrich Dollars for the request.
• Enrich Network may direct you to Giftogram or the selected merchant for assistance.

If Enrich Network cancels a redemption request or cannot fulfill it before a Giftogram redemption link is issued, Enrich Network will return the full reserved amount to your Enrich Dollars balance.

Once Enrich Network has issued the Giftogram digital redemption link, the request is final. Enrich Network will not cancel, replace, refund, or re-credit Enrich Dollars for the issued reward except where required by law or where Enrich Network determines that correction of an Enrich Network technical error is necessary.

Do not share a Giftogram redemption link or code with another person. Enrich Network is not responsible if a reward is accessed, selected, or redeemed by a person who obtains access to your email account, redemption link, code, or account credentials.

Before requesting account closure or deletion of personal information that requires Enrich Network to close your account or remove Wallet access, you must submit any desired digital gift-card request for available Enrich Dollars.

The request must:

• Be for at least $5.00;
• Meet all redemption conditions;
• Be submitted before your closure or applicable deletion request;
• Be supported by completed identity verification; and
• Remain subject to Enrich Network review and approval.

Once you submit an account-closure or applicable deletion request, Enrich Network may close the account, remove Wallet access, and cancel pending activity.

You forfeit all of the following that are not included in a qualifying redemption request submitted before the closure or deletion request:

• Enrich Points;
• Unreleased Seeds of Hope grant value; and
• Enrich Dollars.

If Enrich Network suspends or terminates your account for fraud, duplicate-account activity, misuse, a violation of these Terms, security concerns, or legal compliance; if you die; or if you otherwise permanently lose access to your account, you forfeit:

• All Enrich Points;
• All unreleased Seeds of Hope grant value; and
• All unredeemed Enrich Dollars.

Enrich Network has no obligation to transfer these amounts to another person, account, estate, or representative.

A redemption request submitted before a closure or deletion request may be canceled if Enrich Network has not issued the Giftogram link or if Enrich Network reasonably identifies fraud, misuse, an identity-verification failure, a legal issue, or another violation of these Terms.

If Enrich Network cancels a pending request in connection with voluntary closure or deletion, the associated Enrich Dollars are forfeited when the account is closed.

Before either you or Enrich Network begins arbitration or a small-claims action, the party asserting a dispute must first send the other party written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution.

You must send notice to Enrich Network at support@enrichnetwork.io.

Enrich Network will send notice to the email address associated with your account.

The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days after receipt of the notice.

Except for eligible disputes that may be brought in small-claims court and as otherwise prohibited by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, Enrich Points, Enrich Dollars, Seeds of Hope, Snap & Earn, Refer A Friend, connected accounts, Money Circle, or your relationship with Enrich Network will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court.

The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, as modified by these Terms.

Arbitration may be conducted through written submissions, remotely, or in your county of residence, unless you and Enrich Network agree otherwise.

The arbitrator may award the same individual remedies that a court could award under applicable law.

The arbitrator’s decision will be final and may be entered as a judgment in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Payment of arbitration fees will be governed by the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.

Enrich Network will pay arbitration fees and costs to the extent required by those rules or applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from seeking any fee waiver available under AAA rules or applicable law.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND ENRICH NETWORK AGREE THAT DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, COORDINATED, MASS, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

YOU AND ENRICH NETWORK WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL FOR CLAIMS SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION.

Either you or Enrich Network may bring an eligible individual claim in small-claims court instead of arbitration.

You may opt out of the agreement to arbitrate in this Section by sending written notice to Enrich Network at support@enrichnetwork.io within 30 days after the date you first accept these Terms.

Your opt-out notice must include:

• Your full name;
• The email address associated with your Enrich Network account; and
• A clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.

You must send the notice yourself. Notices sent by another person, incomplete notices, or notices received after the 30-day deadline are not effective.

If you validly opt out, the arbitration provision does not apply to you, but all other Terms remain in effect. Opting out does not affect your ability to create or use an Enrich Network account, participate in Enrich Network programs, earn or redeem Enrich Points or Enrich Dollars, or access other Platform features.

If any portion of this arbitration section is found unenforceable, that portion will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim will proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction rather than arbitration.
